Strategic Land Use Plan
Final Draft SLUP
The Planning & Urban Design Agency of the City of St. Louis has posted its full, final draft of the updated Strategic Land Use Plan (SLUP) on January 14th, 2025 to solicit public comments. Written comments or suggestions may be submitted via a survey form or via email at info@slup-stl.com.
The public may also text or leave a voicemail on the project phoneline (314) 266-8620 to provide comment. Comments will be accepted via any of these formats through 5p, Tuesday, February 11, 2025.

The documents available for review include the final draft Strategic Land Use Plan itself, as well as the SLUP Essentials (an executive summary), and a large-format of the updated SLUP Parcel Map in the plan. These documents are available in digital form on this page.

The City of St. Louis Planning Commission will be considering the draft plan for formal adoption at its February 12th meeting. This meeting will include a formal presentation, as well as a public hearing. The public is welcome to attend and participate.
